Physical therapy often requires stretching an injured joint until it hurts, then holding that position for a while. Then stretch in the other direction, and hold for a while... for 20 or 30 iterations. It's hard to keep count when you're in pain* so I wrote
this little application to help out with the timing and the counting.
If you resize the window, the start/pause/restart button grows, so you can make it easier to hit.
* And if you're not in pain, you're not doing it right.
